To communicate
in a direct way with hundreds of people: to send
the business card of a proposer, the appointments
agenda and the related information to a product/service
on display. These are only some of the possible
fields of use of ProxiMa within
fairs, exhibitions, or conventions.
In ProxiMa, the programming
of the contents to send to the users can occur
on a daily and hourly basis and this allows spreading
contextual messages with the position of the access
point and coherent with scheduled events during
the exhibition.
Scenario #1: sectors fair,
business users
ProxiMa, positioned at
the fair entrance, sends all entrance visitors
the agenda of the day by single VCF messages (VCard)
that can be memorised in the mobile agenda. Near
every single stand, it points out the most interesting
offers to the visitors sending a coupon that can
be shown to the stand personnel to obtain a discount
and/or a company gadget.
Scenario #2: fair consumer
(e.g.: Motorshow)
More ProxiMa access points
are positioned in the inside of the exhibition
area all loaded with the same contents (digital
gadgets such as: video, photos of the latest displays,
images of famous personalities, etc.) that are
sent by rotation to all visitors. Each X standard
contents, a fortunate visitor for every single ProxiMa area receives a coupon
to collect a gift at the stand of one of the exhibitors. |
